In 2020, I created Sunstone Chapel as a branch within my small private practice as a clinical sociologist to primarily offer HR consulting, speaking, and training . Specifically strategic human resources, organization development,  and leadership development for social justice organizations and liberal faith-based communities from an inclusive, interfaith perspective.
It has been a joy to serve as a guest speaker in classrooms, panel member, fire-side chat moderator and conference presenter at countless events.

Through Sunstone Chapel, I  compassionately serve  by helping individuals and organizations thrive. Through speaking, teaching, spiritual leadership  residencies, and inclusive leadership development consulting, I can  help you learn and apply strategies to adapt and thrive.

I look forward to supporting you in mitigating and thriving against the trend of declining church membership and declining interest in non-profit leadership. My services are not for everyone. I am a good fit for those organizations who are future oriented perpetual learners, open-minded, and excited about innovative solutions and new ways of being.
